Saturday 26 July - VEND Marketplace.

9.30am - 11.30am

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is a fun session designed for complete craft beginners. For our July Clothes Swap creative
workshop, we have guest artist, Dellice Wormleaton from @Dellicecreative. Dellice has built a successful career as one of Australia’s first sneaker artists!

Dellice has collaborated with brands such as Converse and Tanya Hennessy and is sharing her skills to guide you through using ‘scrap’ fabric and painting techniques to create a cute piece of wall art.

What happens during the workshop?

Spark your inner artist and create a unique piece for your home! The Whimsy Walls workshop invites you to transform discarded fabric scraps into a beautiful, personalized wall hanging. You'll master simple gluing and painting techniques in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. It's a joyful way to get crafty, create sustainably, and walk away with a stunning, one-of-a-kind art piece. Absolutely no experience required!

These skills are transferrable to many applications and a great lesson in how we can re-use our favourite fabrics when they can no longer be worn.

Grab your ticket and get ready to craft and swap your way to a refreshed style! *** Note the Price below is for the Workshop and Clothes Swap Entry.

IMPORTANT: The venue at VEND in Annerley is a warehouse and is only accessible via stairs. Please let me know if you would like to know about more accessible venues. Please check out the FAQ’s in the Additional Information Section.

What if I don’t have 10 items?

What happens if I don’t find 10 pieces to swap for?
Just like any shopping trip, there’s a chance you won’t find everything you’re looking for. But we guarantee you’ll leave with a fabulous necklace, new memories, and a great time!

What can I bring?
Adult clothing only – no underwear, swimwear, or activewear please. You may also bring accessories such as handbags, necklaces and other jewelry and scarves. Please no shoes.
